“Special Green Pasta”

Here’s What You Need:
Serves 4

½ jar Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian
7oz of pasta (preferably whole wheat)
Grated parmesan
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Here’s What You Do:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions, al dente. Strain the pasta and return to the pan. Mix the ½ jar Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian with the olive oil and add a big dash of parmesan to each serving along with a good seasoning of salt and pepper. If you like, add a dash of red pepper flakes for a little kick.

Kid Tip*:
Kids adore this dish. A good dash of parmesan and you are all set. (You can choose their favorite shaped noodles for the pasta, as well.)
