½ jar Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian
Prepared pizza crust (Like Boboli Wheat)
Feta cheese, crumbled
Seasoning (Penzey’s Greek is preferred)
Low-fat 4 Cheese Italian
Kalamata olives, diced
Extra virgin olive oil
Handful of baby spinach cut into strips (optional)
Here’s What You Do:
Preheat oven according to directions on the pizza crust. Spread Skinny Dinner Starter over crust so that a bit of the crust is peaking through. Sprinkle on the Italian cheese followed by the feta. Top with tomatoes and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Greek seasoning. Bake according to the package instructions (about 10 minutes) Sprinkle with the spinach. You can add a dash of red pepper flakes if you like.
Designate a kids portion of the pizza and then layer it with Skinny Dinner Starter and then the cheeses. Voila! Healthier cheese pizza.
