Italian Turkey Burgers

Here’s What You Need:

Serves 4
½ jar Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian
1lb ground turkey
Extra virgin olive oil + Balsamic vinegar
Extras: Buns, tomatoes, lettuce, olive oil or light mayo
Salt + Pepper

 Here’s What You Do:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Stir in the Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian into the turkey*, adding in 1TBS of extra virgin olive oil. Divide into four balls and then press into four patties. Heat about 5 minutes per side or until done. Drizzle the tomatoes and lettuce liberally with balsamic and a dash of evoo. Season with salt and pepper. Broil the buns for 1 minute until slightly crisp. Build the burgers, spreading on the extra dinner starter and a tsp of mayo if desired.
*Set a little aside to use as condiment.

Kid Tip:
Serve the kids burgers with organic ketchup and a slice of cheese and they probably won’t know the difference!
