Grilled Shrimp Italiano

Here’s What You Need:

Serves 4

½ jar Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian
1lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Sea salt + pepper
¼ tsp minced garlic
1TBS extra virgin olive oil

Here’s What You Do:
Toss the shrimp along with ¼ tsp of coarse sea salt and ¼ tsp of black pepper with 1 TBS of extra virgin olive oil in a large ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes  or up to overnight. Preheat a non-stick grill pan over medium high and grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Using a fork, flip each shrimp over and grill for 2 more minutes, stirring in the garlic the last minute. Transfer to a bowl and toss with the Skinny Dinner Starter: Superfood Italian until coated.

Kid Tip:
Try getting your kids excited about shrimp. You can serve them on toothpicks to make it a more fun “finger food”. You can also cut them up into small pieces and toss with whole grain pasta or rice.
