So…As you read this I will be in Panama!
I am so excited to be in the sunshine and to speak Spanish again. (Of course I am already missing my boys and I haven’t even left yet.)
It seems only appropriate to share this Berry Skinny Slushie with you, as it is cooling and refreshing. Exactly what I will be needing in Bocas del Toro where the weather is set to be near 90 every day. Bring it on!
Here’s What You Need: (Makes 1, but don’t worry…it’s easy to make more!)
3/4 cup of ice, crushed
2/3-1 cup of sparkling water (I used Lacroix Lemon Lime)
1/3 cup of FF Greek Frozen Yogurt (Cioa Bella Adonia Rasberry)
4 large strawberries, halved
Here’s What You Do:
Put everything in the blender. That’s it! Now go sit in the sun and enjoy this fat free slushie!!
Kid Tip:
Many kids (mine included) don’t like sparkling water, so feel free to sub in milk and make this into a smoothie.
